LOOP SQUARE – Open Call
20 Seconds That Last Forever

We are seeking unique, 20-second looped moving images to be showcased in an immersive, four-walled projection space. This space itself functions as a loop—enveloping viewers in 360 degrees—while the content seamlessly loops back into itself, creating a double-loop experience.

Exhibition Details

The selected works, chosen by a professional jury, will be screened in a 3-minute rotation at the f|x|r gallery of the House of Arts Veszprém.

The loop is not only a form—it's a concept.

Technical Requirements

Genre: Open to all forms – animation, AI-generated visuals, video, experimental motion picture – anything that engages with the idea of looping.

Format for submission and projection: 4×HD or 4×4K (one video per wall) + sound

Duration: Exactly 20 seconds, in loopable format

Space dimensions: Square projection room, 420 cm wall length

Prizes

This is not only an exhibition but also a competition. The jury will award the following prizes:
???? 1st Prize: 300,000 HUF
???? 2nd Prize: 200,000 HUF
???? 3rd Prize: 100,000 HUF
???? Audience Award: 100,000 HUF

Selected works will be screened for two months, and prizes will be awarded during the opening event. The audience will have the chance to vote for their favorite during the exhibition; the Audience Award will be announced at the closing.
