From this year onwards, as part of the Kyōsō Japanese Festival programme, we would like to provide an opportunity for talented young Hungarian artists whose work is significantly influenced by their connection with Japanese culture. For the first time, painter and conservator Hanna Bernát-Hinkó will present her watercolours at Dubniczay Palace.

In this exhibition, Gábor Gáspár captures the fleeting gestures of contemporary dance and the subtle nuances of human presence. Taken between 2020 and 2025 during performances at the Veszprém International Contemporary Dance Festival, the photographs are both personal observations and sensitive documents of their time.
