Veszpém SpringExhibition

The House of Arts Veszprém will organise the traditional VESZPRÉM SPRING EXHIBITION in Veszprém between 11 May - 29 June 2019.

The aim of the regular exhibition is to give a comprehensive overview of the work of visual artists, industrial artists and photographers living and working in the city and the county.
Unique in the region, the exhibition will provide a professional challenge for artists, an opportunity to learn about each other's work and a chance to meet in person.
By invitation the exhibition will include traditional visual art - paintings, prints, sculptures - as well as 'computer prints' and digital video works. In the first round of the competition, digital photographs of the works were invited for selection.

From the entries received in digital format a professional jury selected the works to be included in the exhibition and the artists to receive prizes.
Over 150 works by 119 artists were selected for the exhibition.

The selected works will be shown in three exhibition spaces:

Dubniczay Palace - Castle Gallery / 29 Vár Street
Magtár Gallery / 29 Vár Street
