The temporary exhibition is the first in a series of exhibitions in which the House of Arts Veszprém commemorates - often forgotten - Hungarian artists of applied graphics.

Richárd Geiger "is our artistic advisor and main collaborator in everything, whose versatility, developed taste and printing expertise are of great help to us", wrote Izidor Kner, the renowned publisher and outstanding personality of Hungarian printing and bookbinding in 1911. Many decorative books, art nouveau small prints, posters and postcards distributed by European publishers were produced using the artistic works of Richard Geiger.
