Dubniczay Palace
The exhibition BALATON DETOX is a summary of the art projects of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME), which were created between 2014 and 2022 and are related to Lake Balaton.

The ecological clock is ticking, change is necessary and inevitable.
The BALATON DETOX exhibition draws attention to the vulnerability of the Lake Balaton ecosystem. Its interactive nature helps to engage and encourages action at an individual level, regardless of age, before processes become irreversible.
The exhibition is a selection of works by MOME students, showing how different disciplines at the university think and work together. Students from MOME Photography, MOME Graphic Design, MOME Media Design, MOME Animation, MOME Design Theory, MOME Design and Art Management, MOME Design and MOME Architecture participated in the interdisciplinary project.
In the inspiring environment created by the exhibition, a series of participatory museum sessions will also be implemented with the involvement of the local educational communities to explore young people's identity of values and place in the region.
Duration of the exhibition at Dubniczay Palace: 27 October - 29 November 2022.

The second part of the exhibition will take place outdoors, in the courtyard of the Modern Gallery - László Vass Collection (3-7 Vár Street Veszprém 8200), between 10 November 2022 and 10 January 2023.
