"Living in a minority is generally not pleasant. The majority does everything in its power to eliminate this unpleasantness - by assimilating minorities violently or merely carelessly. Since most of the world's states are multi-ethnic and therefore multilingual countries, this process affects many peoples.....

In this booklet Janus Desertus describes the treatment of minorities using the example of the bear empire. All his statements are backed up by scientifically verified data, but the author has been obliged to omit references to literature, as this book is a work of fiction.

In several chapters of the book the author has used motifs from the folk poetry of non-bears, including the creation of the world...." 

The author has published several books, such as Danger Zone/Veszélyzóna (Genus loci 13, Szombathely 2008) co-written with János Pusztay.
